When can you play Xenoverse 2?
Online play can be accessed once users complete the Return of Saiyans arc and Vegeta VS Dodoria Fight from the Namek Arc.
Do you need to play Xenoverse before Xenoverse 2?
First is the custom character from the first game makes an appearance in Xenoverse 2. So if you want to have both your custom characters in the Xenoverse 2 story you’ll have to play the original first. Please note you can only transfer a character if they’re on the same platform.
Is Xenoverse 2 shutting down?
The current Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 server will not be closed. However, there will be no more update or online events on that server. However, while Bandai Namco doesn’t have a date to close the old servers it is likely happening in the future so keep that in mind.

Raising the level cap from 80 to 85 will require a 100% completion with Guru’s House (in which he will provide you with the Distorted Time Egg). This will usually require at least 2 full cycles of defense missions for Guru (roughly 14 missions).
